We went to some factories in Vietnam for audits.

The wage calculation system is different from Japan and was difficult to check whether the wage was legal or not. Also we advised to the factory managers about social insurance, which companies in Vietnam have to have, and staff management. I hope they will change their working style to effective one, and work lively.
