From data, it seems that TITP is used for different purpose from initial one, “to transfer Japanese Skills and knowledges to Technical Intern.”
In preparation for Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic 2020, more discussion will start about foreign worker and the use of TITP in the future. From the view point of supplychain CSR, we support companies through our service like capacity building, making grievance mechanism (hotline), ethical recruiting process.
